Physie (pronounced fizzy) is an affordable sport that fuses together dance styles such as jazz, ballet, hip hop, contemporary, aerobic dance and even yoga! It's the perfect combination of movements designed to increase flexibility, strength and fitness. Our choreography is age-appropriate and designed to teach the relationship of music to movement, rhythm and musical interpretation.
